Chef de Parties for Modern Independent Pub Group - Livelyhood

• Permanent Full Time/Part Time hourly paid Chef de Partie roles at Livelyhood Pubs.
• Average weekly full time hours 48 – 50 hours.
• £11.60 - £13 per hour + very generous tronc adds in the region of a further £1 per hour.

Our sites are very well located – great commutes. With immediate starts in our friendly teams available.

About our Chef de Parties roles


You'll be part of an excellent working environment where the focus is on constantly developing yourself and helping to create seasonal menu items from the best ingredients (no additives or preservatives in our kitchens!).

About Livelyhood

We currently have 7 independent, inviting modern locals in South London.

You’ll find us in Crystal Palace (The Faber Fox), Balham (The Regent), Wimbledon (The Old Frizzle), Streatham (The Mere Scribbler), Clapham South (The Perky Nel), Bromley South (The Artful Duke) & Elephant and Castle (The Rosy Hue).

We are also planning to open more sites in South London, so this is a brilliant chance for the right people to join us and be a key part of our growth.

Back of house career progression is a real possibility for Sous Chefs that want it - our back of house people continue to develop through to Head Chefs. We also run an Apprenticeship Scheme with existing back of house colleagues taking part.

About You


Experience in a similar position preferred or if you are ready to make the step up into a Chef de Partie role, we'd love to hear from you.


Throw in your passion for fresh produce, consistent, flavoursome food, ability to communicate clearly in English, good organisational skills, knowledge of H & S, strong work ethic and you'll have us at hello!

Our Chef de Partie will support the Head Chef in the delivery of Livelyhood’s fresh food offering that has our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.
