We're in need of our next superstar to join us as a Chef on a full time basis at The Bear & Staff, Gateacre, Liverpool, L25 3PB.

As a Chef, you'll know all is there is to know about working in a busy kitchen and have a natural flair for presentation. From food preparation to food handling and hygiene, as well as excellent time management skills, your contribution will certainly count and be appreciated! No two days are the same and you'll be able to develop your skills with a variety of dishes and menus.

Our working day starts around 10am with some preparation ahead of a busy day. We run a branded menu with brand specs so they menu is easy to pick up. You'll start on our starter section and once you've mastered this area, you'll move along the line to learn the grill and plating up. The speed of the restaurant is managed by the person plating up so it's certainly an exciting role to hold! 

You don't need tons of experience in a kitchen, although it can help. We will teach you every skill you need - we have an experienced Kitchen Manager and team who will help you develop your career at a sensible pace. All we need from you is a willingness to work, learn and be part of a team alongside a genuine passion for food and creating amazing dishes.
