Team Member - M&S Simply Food - Oxford Station

Rate of pay for all ages £9.90 per hour.

• Additional £1.20 per hour for work between midnight and 6am

We are looking for Full time Team Member to join our fantastic team at M&S Simply Food Oxford Station.
As Team Member you will be working shifts between 5am and 10pm including weekends.

Responsibilities for Team Member:

• Demonstrate knowledge of M&s products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
• Maintain all unit displays in accordance with M&S standards
• Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
• Stock movement and replenish
• Date check and product rotation

Requirements for Team Member:

• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
