Work Experience Placements

The goal of the Coaching into Work programme is to help those that need it most into employment in the hospitality industry. It is a tailored programme designed with our network of Community based partners to offer a focussed and supported work experience. 

Our placements:

• Cover a suite of core hospitality skills and accredited training from experienced work coaches

• Include weekly mentoring sessions, providing the opportunity to set goals, reflect on progress and give and receive feedback on performance

• Are paid at London Living Wage 

• Last for four weeks – two to three shifts per week, up to six hours per shift, including an unpaid lunch break

• Utilise a buddy-system so that individuals are fully-supported as they learn the ropes

• Include an exit interview on completion for signposting to live roles in hospitality across the KERB ecosystem, restaurant and catering partners

• Plus the potential to go onto a full apprenticeship programme
