Commis Chef
We don’t believe in anybody being
stuck washing dishes for 12 hours a day, so we look for opportunities to help
you learn new skills!
It is not just about washing –up.
This is important, but we also want you to learn skills like vegetable prep and
knife skills.
If you bring the right attitude, we
will have you out of rubber gloves and into whites as soon as you are
comfortable, we will even buy you some knives along the way!
All our Area managers & Senior
Chefs started their career in hospitality as a KP, so we totally understand how
important the role is, but also had someone that believed in us and made us
fall in love with the chef’s life.
Our Commis Chefs play an important role in supporting our Chefs to deliver excellent dishes every time for our customers and usually we are busiest in the evenings and weekends, so you would need to be able to work those.
