We are on the hunt for our Bar and Floor Team - these roles will be at the very heart of our team at The Rosy Hue.  This is a brand new site which is opening in Elephant Park in June 2022.  These roles start on 27th June 2022 and you will enjoy a full training plan ahead of opening.

The Rosy Hue is part of Livelyhood Pubs, an independent Pub Group.  We already operate seven fantastic pubs across South London, with The Rosy Hue bringing Livelyhood's portfolio to eight.

About The Rosy Hue

Opening on the corner of the new two-acre Elephant Park development in Elephant & Castle, The Rosy Hue will be a classic neighbourhood pub, serving up delicious food all day alongside drinks and seasonal cocktails from local breweries and distilleries.

The site is inspired by the rich history of the area and its 19th century Penny Gaff dancing halls, with the name inspired by the rosy glow that appears on the cheeks of those who frequented there.

The front of the pub will be a social space for dining and drinking, whilst behind the arch you will find the perfect viewing for sports, live music and pub quizzes. An urban garden will be heated and protected from the elements, whilst the venue will also be dog friendly.

Our Bar Staff Roles

·         First and foremost we are looking for individuals with a great attitude and a passion for hospitality - we can train the rest.

·         If you have bar experience, barista or cocktail experience too, you'll have us at hello.

·          Reliability, teamwork and desire to  deliver great service are the other key ingredients we look for.

Our Floor/Wait Staff Roles
