Chef de Partie
Executive Chef Slade Rushing is looking for a talented and dynamic Chef de Partie passionate about food and striving to create memorable dining experiences for our guests to join his brigade at Louie.
You will be responsible for confidently managing and running a designated section in the Kitchen with the assistance of a Demi Chef de Partie and/or Commis Chef and give full support to Slade, the Head Chef and Sous Chef in order to assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of produce.
We strongly encourage and value development.
We boast a wide range of cooking techniques, skills and flavours and you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the Brigade. In addition to our main kitchen, the restaurant features a Raw Bar and Pizza Oven.
We take pride in creating and preparing all our dishes from scratch using fresh and seasonal ingredients from the best suppliers.
