As a Front Desk Receptionist, you are the welcoming face and voice of a hotel, providing exceptional customer service to guests from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities could include:
✔️Guest Welcoming and Check-In: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them into the hotel, allocate rooms, and provide keys promptly and accurately.
✔️Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, maintaining a friendly and hospitable demeanour at all times.
✔️Phone and Message Handling: Answer incoming calls, assist prospective clients with inquiries, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
✔️Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing guest bills accurately.
✔️Check-Out Process: Facilitate the check-out process, ensure all guest accounts are settled, and handle payments and deposits effectively.
✔️Guest Relations: Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests and complaints are addressed promptly and professionally.
