As a Hotel Concierge, you are the first and last impression for the hotel's guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are seamless and welcoming. You play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of the hotel while providing exemplary hospitality and assistance to our guests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities could include:
✔️Guest Arrival and Departure: Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism. Offer a pleasant farewell upon departure, ensuring their overall experience is memorable.
✔️Luggage Handling: Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival, storing and logging items if a porter is unavailable. Remove luggage from arriving vehicles and coordinate with porters for delivery to guest rooms or holding areas.
✔️Guest Assistance: Escort guests to reception or holding areas when necessary, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they arrive.
✔️Transportation Coordination: Arrange taxis for guests and provide directions as needed. Assist with parking guests' cars if required.
✔️Promotion of Hotel Facilities: While assisting guests, inform them about all hotel amenities and services available to enhance their stay.
✔️Local Knowledge and Recommendations: Provide recommendations and advice on local restaurants, bars, attractions, and shows to enrich guests' experiences.
