Responsibilities could include:

✔️Guest Room Maintenance: Complete basic maintenance tasks and ensure cleanliness in guest rooms.

✔️Preventative Maintenance: Assist with the preventative maintenance checklist, performing minor repairs as needed.

✔️Collaboration: Assist engineers as necessary to resolve maintenance issues promptly.

✔️Safety and Reporting: Report unsafe conditions and equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly and adhere to safety policies and procedures.

✔️Worksite Preparation: Carry tools, prepare worksites, and provide assistance where required for maintenance projects.

✔️Repair Skills: Perform basic repairs in areas such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry.

✔️Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and parts necessary for maintenance tasks.

✔️Training and Support: Share your knowledge and skills with other staff members to enhance team capabilities.
