As a Server/Waiter, you are the guests' host during their time at a restaurant. You will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensure guests have the best dining experience, and add your personal touch to the service. Your responsibilities include timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks to tables, maintaining a clean and orderly dining area, and working closely with the kitchen and bar staff to provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities could include:

✔️Guest Welcome: Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.

✔️Order Taking: Accurately take orders at the table and input them into the point-of-sale system.

✔️Dining Area Maintenance: Keep the dining area clean and organized throughout your shift.

✔️Team Collaboration: Work alongside kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

✔️Guest Interaction: Answer questions, provide menu recommendations, and resolve complaints amicably.

✔️Service Excellence: Serve food and drinks correctly and promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.

✔️Billing and Payment: Ensure guests receive accurate bills and handle payments correctly.

✔️End-of-Shift Duties: Tidy and clean the restaurant to standard at the end of the night and cash up your takings for the shift.
