As a Food Runner, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a restaurant floor. Your primary responsibilities include delivering food to tables promptly and accurately, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting guests to ensure they have a fantastic dining experience.

Responsibilities could include:

✔️Stock and Clean Cutlery: Keep all cutlery stocked and cleaned at all times.

✔️Food Delivery: Ensure all food reaches the tables in line with the restaurant's standards, including proper garnishing.

✔️Maintain Cleanliness: Complete various cleaning tasks during your shift to support the restaurant’s smooth operation.

✔️Safety Compliance: Perform all duties in adherence to the restaurant’s safety regulations.

✔️Assist Kitchen Staff: Help the kitchen porter with washing duties as needed.

✔️Clear Tables: Clear tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining area.

✔️Glassware Collection: Collect and transport glassware to the glass wash station regularly.

✔️Table Resetting: Quickly reset tables so they are ready for the next guests as soon as possible.
