As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing your designated kitchen section with precision and creativity. This role requires you to prepare ingredients, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for cooking and a flair for creating delicious meals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities could include
✔️Daily Setup and Preparation:
Organize and set up your kitchen station for the day's service.
Ensure all prep work for your section is completed efficiently and accurately.
Stock your station with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
✔️Cooking and Presentation:
Cook all orders that come through your section, adhering to recipe specifications and quality standards.
Deliver orders in a timely manner, ensuring they meet presentation and taste criteria.
✔️Portion Control and Waste Management:
Maintain strict portion control to manage food costs.
Record and minimize waste throughout your shift, ensuring efficient use of resources.
✔️Health and Hygiene:
Enforce strict health and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Regularly sanitize your station and kitchen areas to meet food safety regulations.
✔️Collaboration:
Work alongside other line chefs to ensure all food for the same table is served simultaneously and within set timeframes.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.
✔️End-of-Shift Duties:
Clean down your station and contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen at the end of your shift.
Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
