Are you currently working in hospitality but looking for a little more fun in your role? Do you like the idea of working in a theme park environment? Perhaps you are looking for a part time evening job? Well, we have a fabulous opportunity to work within our hotels as a Restaurant Assistant at Alton Towers Resort.

This role is available until November 2024.

Our current hourly pay rates are £7.49 (16-17), £8.60 (18-20) and £11.44 (21+)

The ingredients for success

You will be offering our hotel guests the best possible experience, serving food and drinks efficiently and be engaging in a polite and friendly manner. This is a guest facing role where you could be working in a busy environment. We have various shifts available across the week, including weekends. As this role is based in the hotel, shifts available include early mornings and late evenings

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing a high-quality experience through exceptional customer service
  
• Being responsible for the preparation and set-up of the restaurant
  
• Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to support guests with allergen and dietary enquiries.
  
• Ensuring smooth and efficient table turnover within our fast-paced environment whilst providing memorable experiences for our guests
  
• Preparing and serving drinks on our bars
  
• Cashier related duties including processing orders
