As a Baker, you’ll be working in Eataly’s on-site open Bakery, a vital part of the Eataly experience. Our customer facing bakery is home to a traditional wood fired oven and our team produces various types of breads and focaccias as well as sweet baked goods that are sold directedly to the customers as well as being served in our restaurants and café. Our bakery is high volume and open every day.
Please note that shifts for this role can start as early as 4am and we can't accomodate requests for set shift timings. The position is full time, 40 hours per week, working on a rota basis 5 days per week.
