We are holding a Community Hiring event in South London on the 16th of April in search for Nandocas (what we call our Team Members) to join our  teams!

The Role of a Nandoca is simple… to create unforgettable customer moments and feelings to leave them wowed and want them coming back for more.

We offer full and part-time positions, and no previous experience is required, just show us that you are brimming with passion and willing to learn and we will teach you the rest.

The Community Hiring event is specifically for people who are being supported by a charity to gain employment and is a great opportunity for us to meet and share what is like to work for Nando's and then give the opportunity to interview for a live vacancy. It takes 2 hours and will include the below:

• A fun morning that gives you the chance to come and find out more about Nando’s (and try some of our food!), the jobs in our restaurants, progression opportunities and decide if it’s somewhere you’d want to work.
• Meet some of the Nando’s team.
• A tour of the restaurant.
• An opportunity to apply for and interview for a job at Nando’s.
