Our Kitchen Porters are an active member of our kitchen team.

They work with energy, pace and intensity, regularly checking in with the team on duty to ensure they are prioritising correctly. 

 Signal an interest in food, working alongside a Commis Chef to lend a hand as required

 Provide Chefs all the smallwares required and highlights any lack of smallwares to keep pace with peak needs

Works to all operational standards, ensuring a spotlessly clean and safe kitchen

Replenish chemicals, soap and blue roll dispensers throughout the site

Fetch and carry deliveries ensuring stock is present, secure and is kept to temperature

 Maintain organised food storage areas ensuring stock rotation and safe storage

 Provide clean cutlery and crockery items to Barista and Host teams
