As a Bartender, you will make, mix, and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests ordering at the bar or at the restaurant. You will be assigned to one of our bars where you will do majority of your shifts with the opportunity to support across one of our other outlets all based in our Liverpool Street store.

Eataly London has 7 bars each with their own personality: Terra: A high-end cocktail and spirits bar, Pasta & Pizza: a classic Italian wines and aperitifs bar, and Cucina del Mercato: a dispense bar alongside our market restaurant. In addition, we also have our Central Bar, Piccolo Bar, Sprizzeria, and Terrace Bar on the ground floor.

Previous experience as a bartender is essential. Shifts for this role will fall between 9.00 and 23.30.
