Food & Beverage:

• Provide a warm welcome, take orders, deliver food and drinks and payments from tables within your section.
  
• Ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers to provide relevant information to guests.
  
• Setting up and clearing down of the restaurant or bar area ready for the next service.
  
• Build positive relationships between the kitchen and the front of house team to ensure the smooth running of the F&B outlets at the hotel.
  
• Deliver room service to our guests throughout the property.
  
• Follow all guidance on COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety regulations, including allergens and Natasha’s Law and any incidents are reported.
