The Pret Foundation’s Rising Stars employment programme offers 12 weeks of fully paid training in a Pret shop, giving you the chance to thrive, grow and develop your skills both in the kitchen and front of house. With an opportunity to become a permanent Team Member if there are vacancies available!

Team Members are responsible for creating an efficient and welcoming environment, engaging and “wowing” our customers, as well as producing fresh quality Pret food.

Working as part of a team, Rising Stars will be required to follow the 4 core Pret behaviours in all aspects of your work: Passion, Team Working, Clear Communication and Great Execution.

Successful candidates will also receive online food and safety, health, and hygiene training, whilst learning all about Pret’s core values and behaviours. As well as ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Please note that shifts start as early as 5am!
