Sodexo are looking for a Cook Food Service Assistant at Transport of London Central Group! 

• Hours: 37.5 per week
  
• Shift Pattern: Wednesday to Sunday (Monday and Tuesday non-working days)
  
• Free Travel - TFL travel card provided

NOTE - This role is a Relief Team Cook Food Service Assistant working at Various units around TFL Sodexo Canteens for the Central Group - NW1 5LJ, HA9 9AA, NW10 1PH, SE1 6LW, SM4 5AZ, NW11 7RN,EN5 5RP, NW1 5RJ

What you’ll do:

• Prepare, produce and present food for a busy catering outlet (full training given)
  
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations
  
• Support any enquiries or requests within the food and beverage areas
  
• Serve and replenish food from counters and break down stations at the end of meal periods
  
• Interact with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas  
  
• Holding weekend/emergency phone
  
• Required to call units on both Saturday and Sunday mornings
  
• Required to move units in event of absences (flexibility of movement between sites require)
  

What you bring:

• Basic food-handling skills
  
• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal
